keeps calling me saying same thing their from a legal office and they have my info and before they proceed they need me to call them keeps calling me up to 5 times a day

Caller said they were calling about my credit card. I hung up after telling them I refused to answer and to stop calling.

Stated I was being taken to court, and i shgould settle out of court. Ask they to send me details of what I own and to whom & the settlement amount. The letter came. Showing I owed $1236 but would settle for $430.The letter stated I owned to BMG. I am still waiting to an answer. I she sent all to the Fair Trade Commission

The call came from the Gold Clinic at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital on Fort Campbell.

User claimed she wanted to return a laptop. She said she bought from me on Ebay. The laptop has no windows, she needs windows to write poems.

I get these calls at least once per day.

These low-lifes purchase debt from other organizations, in my case, a delinquent account with City Hospital, Martinsburg, WV, for pennies on the dollar when the debt was actually about to be written off. Then, Martin & Seibert, successful attorneys that they are, harass with almost daily phone calls in hopes of recovering ANY amount they can over the few dollars they paid for the debt. What a waste of a law degree.

This number has called me 16 times now in the past 10 minutes. I don't know who they are or why they would be calling me, they do not leave a voice message. They just hang up and call right back.
